Sarajevo Public Transport Guide
Everything you need to know about getting around Sarajevo by tram, bus, trolleybus, and minibus.

Trams are the most reliable way to navigate the city center (Baščaršija to Ilidža). Buses and trolleybuses cover the hills and other neighborhoods. SarLoc helps you track delays and actual arrival times.
You can buy tickets at kiosks (trafika) or from the driver. Remember to validate your ticket immediately upon entering the vehicle.
The main tram line (Line 3) connects Baščaršija and Ilidža. Trolleybuses serve Dobrinja and Otoka. Numerous bus lines connect the city center to Vogošća, Hrasnica, and other suburbs.
